Former Secretary General of the Ministry of Home Affairs Called KPK on Corruption of the IPDN Building

Siaran Utama. The KPK summoned former Secretary General of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) Yuswadi A Temenggung in connection with a case of alleged corruption in the construction of the North Sulawesi IPDN building. He was called as a witness for the suspect Dudy Jocom.

"Called as a witness for suspected DJ (Dudy Jocom)," said KPK Public Relations Head Febri Diansyah told reporters on Thursday (12/20/2018).

In addition, the KPK summoned PNS Ministry of Home Affairs Arya Mega Natalady Sumbayak and Director of HR System and Investment PT Adhi Karya Bep Adji Sadmoko. Both were also called as witnesses for Dudy.

The KPK previously determined the former Commitment Making Officer (PPK) of the Center for Financial Administration and Asset Management of the Ministry of Home Affairs Secretariat General, Dudy Jocom, as a suspected suspect of corruption in the construction of the IPDN building. Projects suspected of being corrupted are IPDN buildings in South Sulawesi (South Sulawesi) and North Sulawesi (North Sulawesi).

In addition to Dudy, the KPK determined the Head of the Building Division of PT Waskita Karya, Adi Wibowo, as a suspected suspect of corruption in the construction of IPDN campus buildings in South Sulawesi. Then, the KPK also appointed the Head of Construction Division VI of PT Adhi Karya, Dono Purwoko, as a suspected suspect of corruption in the IPDN campus building project in North Sulawesi.

The KPK suspects that before the auction there was an agreement on the division of labor between PT Waskita Karya and PT Adhi Karya. Dudy allegedly requested a 7 percent fee for the division of labor. Of the two projects, the state was alleged to have suffered a loss of Rp. 21 billion.
